40 Removal and Installation.

Remove right drive axle shield from bevel box - arrows -.

Place oil receptacle underneath transmission.

Remove right flange shaft mounting bolt - arrow 1 - with socket and key (T10107) and installing 2 bolts in flange and counter hold flange shaft
with pry bar.

Install extractor (T10037) onto right flanged shaft.
‹› To remove right flange shaft, use puller (T10037 ) to avoid damaging polygon bearing on flange shaft.
