Transmission Input Speed Sensor and Clutch Oil Temperature Sensor

Removing

CAUTION!
Risk of transmission damage.

‹› Do not run engine or tow vehicle with oil pan removed or without transmission fluid.

Remove oil pan. Refer to => [ Oil Pan ] See: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Fluid Pan/Service and Repair/Oil Pan.

Remove DSG mechatronic. Refer to => [ DSG Mechatronic ] See: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/02EA Transmission/DSG Mechatronic.

Remove bolt - B -.

Remove transmission input speed sensor and clutch oil temperature sensor - A - together with wire - C - from transmission. 

Installing

Assembly Overview

Install in reverse order, noting the following:

Coat transmission input speed sensor and clutch oil temperature sensor with gear oil.
