Thermostat Housing: Testing and Inspection
Thermostat housing, checking
Note:
Collect drained coolant in a clean container for re-use or disposal.

Remove thermostat housing.

Remove bolts (arrows) and remove connection -1-.
-
Remove O-ring -3- with thermostat -2- from thermostat housing -1-.
-
Heat thermostat in container of water.
1) Cannot be tested

Install thermostat housing.
-
Fill cooling system.
Tightening torque
