If seal is leaking, cut open and replace

9 - Oil pressure switch -F1-, 1.4 bar

^

Black insulation

^

Tighten to 25 Nm

10 - Oil seals

Replace

11 - Sealing cap

^

Tighten to 25 Nm

12 - Oil seal 

^

Replace

^

Lubricate before installing

13 - Oil cooler

^

Ensure clearance from adjacent components

^

Diagram of coolant hose connections

^

Read note if making repairs on engine 

14 - Oil seal

^

Lubricate before installing

^

Press onto oil cooler with plastic element item -15-

15 - Plastic element 

^

Insert into oil cooler together with oil seal item -14-

Installed position of oil seal and plastic element in oil cooler

-

Insert oil seal (coat with oil) into oil cooler.

-

Insert plastic element into oil cooler.

^

Side of plastic element without support must align with lug (arrow) of oil cooler.
