Remove upper nut from ball joint. 

Roadster TT VR6 only: 

-

Detach control arm from ball joint.

Apply ball joint puller Kukko 129/0 as shown in the illustration and press out ball joint. 

Note:

Use the ball joint puller specified here and make sure it is seated correctly, otherwise the sleeve in the wheel bearing housing will be pulled out
together with the ball joint.

Leave nut on a few turns to protect ball joint threads.

All other vehicles: 

-

Attach ball joint puller as shown in the illustration and press out ball joint. 

Note:  Leave nut on a few turns to protect ball joint threads.
