Removing

Transmission removed

-

Mark installation position of flywheel on engine.

Note:

To prevent damage to the dual-mass flywheel when removing, the bolts -B- must not be removed with an impact wrench or similar. Removing the
bolts must be done by hand with conventional tools.

-

Rotate dual-mass flywheel -A- so that bolts align with holes (arrows).

Note:

When removing the bolts, make sure that the bolt heads do not come into contact with the dual-mass flywheel. The flywheel will otherwise be
damaged as the bolts are unscrewed.

-

Unbolt dual-mass flywheel (counterhold on vibration damper with T10069).

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order. Note the following.

Note:

Use new bolts for securing the flywheel.
