Amplifier: Service and Repair
BOSE Power Amplifier (Roadster), Removing And Installing
The BOSE amplifier is located behind the storage compartment in the luggage compartment.
Removing

Remove luggage compartment floor covering.

Remove clips -3- (2x).
-
Pry storage compartment -2- upward from bottom and simultaneously pull storage compartment -2- toward rear.

Remove storage compartment -2-.

The BOSE amplifier can be reached through this opening.

Disconnect harness connector -2- from BOSE amplifier.

The BOSE amplifier is mounted on the bracket -4-. This bracket is inserted in cut-outs -1 - at bottom and secured at top with bolts -3-

To remove BOSE end amplifier, remove both securing screws -3- (5 Nm), swing bracket -4- with amplifier downward and remove it.
