Disconnect vacuum hose from fuel pressure regulator.

Place fuel distributor toward front.

WARNING!
The fuel system is under pressure. When opening the system, place a rag around connections then release pressure by carefully prying open
connection

Disengage retaining clip and remove fuel injector.

NOTE:  Fuel lines must be disconnected before replacing fuel distributor.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

O - rings at all opened connections. (Never remove plastic cap from valve head or replace front O - ring, pry O - ring off over plastic cap)

Lightly lubricate O - rings with clean engine oil

Make sure fuel injectors are in place and seated correctly

-

Check clip for unobstructed fitting

-

Place fuel distributor, with fuel injectors securely installed, on intake manifold and press in evenly

Tightening torque
Fuel distributor at intake manifold: 10 Nm
