Release connector in direction of arrow and disconnect it from transmission control module.

Note:  Protect fender and plenum chamber panel from scratches using adhesive tape.

Unscrew 4 nuts securing control module.

Remove control module.

Note:  Turn the control module slightly if necessary.

Installing 

Installation is in reverse order. Note the following:

Note:  The adaptation values in the transmission control module are reset when the connector is unplugged. The control module must relearn these
values after being put back into operation. The shifting quality may be lower than normal during this re-learning process.

Tighten 4 nuts securing control module to 10 Nm.
