These repairs can only be performed on two nuts per side.
13 - Hex - bolt

Tighten to 80 Nm

Always replace
14 - Mounting bracket for rear axle

After installing, check path of rear axle, adjust if necessary

If possible, do not loosen when removing rear axle
15 - Bracket for parking brake cable
16 - Bonded rubber bushing
-
Grease bushing with assembly past G 052 150 A2
17 - Axle beam
-
Contact surfaces and threaded holes for stub axle must be free of paint and dirt
18 - ABS wheel speed sensor
19 - Socket - head bolt
-
Tighten to 8 Nm
20 - Hex bolt
-
Tighten to 20 Nm plus additional 45° (1/8 turn)
21 - Vibration dampener
22 - Base plate
Material: zinc

Check base plate for damage
23 - Coil spring

24 - Spring support
25 - Hex - bolt

Tighten to 60 Nm

Always replace after removal

Hex bolt, 30 Nm plus additional 90° (1/4 turn)

Thread in chassis can be repaired with wire thread insert according to DIN 8140 (Heli - Coil). Thread insert must be the same length as the thread
in the chassis.
These repairs can only be performed on one nut per side.
27 - Suspension strut

Functional check go to Shock Absorber, Service and Repair

Axle beam must be in center position when tightening nut. It is recommended that a second person put weight on rear of vehicle while tightening
29 - Stub axle

Straightening work prohibited

Thread - cutting prohibited
30 - Skid plate
31 - Socket - head bolt

Tighten to 65 Nm

Always replace
32 - Brake caliper
