Cellular Phone Microphone: Service and Repair

Microphone Unit (in Front Roof Module) R164 , Removing And Installing

A maximum of two microphones are installed in the Front Interior Light W1. They can only be replaced completely.

Turn off all electrical components.

-

Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove Front Interior Light W1.

-

Unplug connector - 1 -.

-

Pry microphones - 2 - and - 4 - out of Front Interior Light W1 - 3 - - arrows -.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order.
