Door Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair
Lock Cylinder
Removing
-
Pry off cover - 1 -.
-
Pull door handle and hold firmly.
-
Remove bolt - 2 - as far as stop using socket wrench (AF T20).
-
The lock cylinder housing is only completely released with light pressure on the socket wrench or bolt.
-
Remove lock cylinder housing - 2 - sideways from door or mounting bracket.
Installing
Reverse order of removal.
