Cover, Separating From Upholstery (backrest)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Upholstery clip pliers V.A.G 1634

Removing

-

Remove cover and upholstery from backrest.

-

Remove cover - 1 - from upholstery - 2 - as far as possible.

-

Cut through wire clips - 3 - with pliers - 4 -.

-

Remove cover - 1 - from cushion - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

-

When installing new wire clips, use Upholstery Clip Pliers V.A.G 1634.
