‹› Ensure brake hose is installed without being twisted or pulled.

Install both protective caps.

-

Attach brake line bracket.

-

Install retaining spring in brake caliper housing.

-

Engage brake line in bracket.

-

Press in spring clip.

-

Connect wear indicator connector.

-

Press wear indicator connector in bracket and engage line.

‹› After hooking into both studs, the retaining spring must be pressed under the brake carrier. If improperly installed, the wear of the outer brake pad

cannot be adjusted, thereby increasing brake pedal travel.

CAUTION!
After inserting brake pads and bleeding brake system, forcefully press brake pedal several times while vehicle is stationary so brake pads
can be seated in their normal operating position.

‹› Check brake caliper for ease of movement by moving it sideways.

Check brake fluid level, and fill if necessary.
