Tail Lamp: Service and Repair

Removing
-
Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
-
Turn light switch into "0" position.

Fold cut out area - 2 - of luggage compartment forward.

Remove bolt - 3 -.
-
Slide the tail lamp - 1 - toward outside - arrow - and disengage from retaining pins on body.

Disconnect electrical harness connector at lamp carrier.
Installing
‹› Tightening specification, refer to => [ Tail Lamp Assembly Overview ] See: Tail Lamp Assembly Overview.
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
‹› Make sure seal between body and tail lamp housing seals properly.

Position tail lamps on retaining bolts from outside and press on in direction of vehicle center until it locks.
