Installing

Repair/Flange Shafts and Shaft Seals Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

-

Lightly oil outer circumference of new shaft seal.

-

Fill space between sealing and dust lips - arrow - halfway with sealing grease.

-

Drive in shaft seal as far as stop without tilting it.
