Selector Lever Handle

Selector Lever Handle

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Hose clamp pliers (V.A.G 1275)

Removing

Proceed as follows:

‹› Remove selector lever handle together with selector lever boot.

-

Engage parking brake.

-

Place selector lever in position "N".

-

Secure locking button in extended position with a cable tie -  arrow - as shown in illustration.

-

Carefully pry out selector lever boot with a small screwdriver at side - arrow 1 -.

-

Pull selector lever boot upwards at both sides - arrows 2 and 3 -.

-

Fold selector lever boot - 2 - upward over selector lever handle - 3 -.
