Transmission Oil Cooler

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Hose Clamps up to 25 mm dia. (3094)

Removing

Proceed as follows:

CAUTION!
Risk of burning due to hot steam and hot coolant.

‹› When engine is warm, the cooling system is under pressure.

‹› Reduce pressure by covering coolant expansion tank cap with cloths and carefully open.

Open coolant expansion tank cap.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connector - 3 - from Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (G70).

Open clips - 1 and 2 - and remove air guide hose from Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (G70).

-

Remove front air intake nozzle from lock carrier - 4 -. 

-

Remove engine cover.

-

Clamp off coolant hoses on transmission oil cooler with Hose Clamps up to 25 mm dia.
