Auxiliary Input / Output Jack: Service and Repair

iPod(R) Baseplate

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Trim removal wedge (3409)

-

Turn off all electrical components.

-

Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Open glove box.

-

Remove iPod(R) - 1 - from iPod(R) Baseplate (R192).

-

Using Trim Removal Wedge (3409), carefully pry iPod(R) Baseplate (R192) out of retainer -  arrows -.

-

Remove iPod(R) Baseplate (R192) from glove compartment and disconnect electrical connector.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order.
