Rear Bulkhead Side Trim

Rear Bulkhead Side Trim

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing

-

Move both seats forward and fold backrests forward.

‹› The rear bulkhead cover is only laid aside and is not removed completely. 

Loosen rear bulkhead cover (without remove seat belt from outer floor assembly mounting points). Refer to => [ Rear Bulkhead Cover Assembly

Remove cover - 1 - from center storage compartment - 3 -.

Open cover - 2 - on center storage compartment -  3 -.

Using Trim Removal Wedge (3409), unclip rear bulkhead side trim - 4 - from rear bulkhead, beginning at the top.

Disconnect electrical connector on Left Rear Treble Speaker (R14) or Right Rear Treble Speaker ( R16). 

Installation

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. Observe the following when doing so:

‹› If trim clamps remain in body mounting points, remove these and insert them in trim.

‹› Check clamps for damage or deformation, replace if necessary.

‹› Floor mat - 5 - and center storage compartment -  3 - must be installed. Open center storage compartment cover -  2 - to do so.
