Disconnect EVAP line to turbocharger from cylinder head cover -  2 -.

-

Loosen cylinder head cover from outside toward inside.

-

Remove cylinder head cover.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Tightening torque => [ Cylinder Head Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Cylinder Head Assembly Overview

‹› Replace cylinder head cover gaskets if damaged.

‹› Observe tightening sequence for cylinder head cover => [ Observe tightening sequence for cylinder head

cover ] See: Service and Repair/Cylinder Head Assembly Overview

Observe correct positioning of upper toothed belt cover.

Install ignition coils with power output stage=> 

Fuel Injection and Ignition 28 Removal and Installation.
