‹› Tightening order => [ Sealing flange tightening sequence ]

Intermediate plate

‹› Must be located on dowel sleeves

‹› Do not damage or bend when doing assembly work

‹› Is hooked in at sealing flange => [ Installing intermediate plate ]

Bolt

‹› For dual-mass flywheel/drive plate

‹› 60 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

‹› Replace

Dual mass flywheel

‹› Dual-mass flywheel, removing and installing => [ Dual Mass Flywheel ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flywheel/Service and Repair

‹› Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset

Sealing flange tightening sequence

-

Tighten the bolts - 1 through 8 - in the sequence shown:

-

1. Tighten the bolts by hand.

-

2. Tighten the bolts to 9 Nm.
