Antitheft Alarm System Sensor

Removing

-

If the control module is replaced, select "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Functions" Vehicle diagnosis, testing and
information system VAS 5051.

-

Remove front interior/reading light. Refer to=> [ Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp ] See: Lighting and Horns/Courtesy Lamp/Service and
Repair/Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp.

Release retaining clips - arrow A - and tip Antitheft Alarm System Sensor (G578) - item 3 - out of interior light/reading light - arrow B -.

Using a small screwdriver - 1 -, carefully unclip individual interior monitoring sensors - 2 - from interior light/reading light.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Connect electrical connector.

Install front interior/reading light, refer to => [ Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp ] See: Lighting and Horns/Courtesy Lamp/Service and
Repair/Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp.
