Digital Sound System Control Module, Bose(R)

The Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) is located behind the left luggage compartment side trim between tail lights and wheel housing.

-

Turn off all electrical components.

-

Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove left luggage compartment side trim => Body

Interior 70 Removal and Installation.

-

Loosen nuts - 1 - and - 3 - on bracket. 

The Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) - 2 - with bracket is only connected at left rear.

-

Tip Digital Sound System Control Module (J525 ) - 2 - with bracket into luggage compartment.

-

Disconnect electrical connectors - 1 - and -  2 - on Digital Sound System Control Module (J525 ).

-

Remove bolts - 4 - and tip Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) out of clamps - 3 -. 

Installing
