Remove upholstery bracket. Refer to=> [ Upholstery Bracket ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Arm Rest/Service and
Repair/Center Armrest.

Engage parking brake as far as possible.

-

Pierce through seam on parking brake handle at place shown in illustration using a small screwdriver - 2 -.

-

Release clip underneath and remove parking brake handle trim -  1 - forward - arrow -.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

-

Make sure the parking brake handle trim engages audibly.

Removing

-

Remove rear center console. Refer to => [ Rear Center Console ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and
Repair/Center Console.

Remove parking brake handle trim. Refer to => [ Parking Brake Handle Trim with Center Armrest ].

-

Remove the bolts - 4 -.

-

Pry out cover cap - 1 - with a screwdriver and remove bolt.

-

Remove parking brake lever trim - 2 and 3 -.
