Loosen inner section of the seal puller (2085 ) two turns (approximately 3 mm) from outer section and secure it with the knurled bolt.

Lubricate seal remover threaded head, position it, and screw it into the shaft seal as far as possible using strong force.

Loosen knurled bolt and turn inner part against camshaft until seal is removed.

-

Secure seal remover in a vise at the flat spots and remove the seal using pliers.

-

Clean shaft seal running and sealing surfaces.

‹› Do not oil the sealing lip and the outer edge of seal before installing.

Cover groove on the camshaft cone with adhesive tape - arrow  -.
