Remove inner part of the seal remover (3203) nine turns (approximately 20 mm) from outer portion and secure with knurled-head screw.

Lubricate seal remover threaded head, position it, and screw it into the shaft seal as far as possible using strong force.

Loosen knurled screw and turn the inner portion against the crankshaft until the seal is pulled out.

Remove toothed belt crankshaft sprocket bolt.

-

Secure seal remover in a vise at the flat spots and remove the seal using pliers.

Clean shaft seal running and sealing surfaces.

-

Remove oil residue on crankshaft pins using a clean rag.

-

Position guide sleeve (T10053/1) on crankshaft pin.
