‹› Check contact surfaces for groove build-up

‹› Marking must be visible

‹› Check contact surfaces for groove build-up

Oil Pump Cover

‹› Remove chain tensioner - 19 - to remove

Chain Sprocket

‹› Only possible to install in one position

Bolt

‹› Replace

‹› 20 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

Chain Tensioner with Tensioning Rail

‹› Remove the balance shaft module to remove. Refer to => [ Balance Shaft Module with Oil Pump ] See: Balance Shaft Module with Oil Pump.
