Remove guard; if necessary, release the tabs through the openings - arrows - with a small screwdriver.

Loosen bolt for the oil pump chain sprocket. While doing this counterhold the crankshaft by the toothed belt sprocket bolt.

Release tension on the chain rail with a screwdriver - arrow - and secure it with the 3 mm socket wrench - 1 -.

Remove belt pulley side sealing flange. Refer to => [ Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side ] See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Front Engine Plate/Service
and Repair.
