Alignment: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
When Vehicle Alignment is Necessary
‹› Involved in an accident.
‹› Vehicle shows handling problems.
‹› Tire wear patterns are uneven.
‹› Axle components were removed.
A component on the front/rear axle was replaced:
‹› 1) If subframe was secured with locating pins (T10096), axle alignment is not necessary.
‹› 2) If the location of the nuts - arrows - was marked, an axle alignment is not necessary.
