Leak Detection Pump: Service and Repair
Leak Detection Pump
Removing
-
Remove rear left wheel housing liner.
-
Remove ventilation line - 2 - on diagnostic pump and disengage at bracket - arrow -.
-
Separate the electrical connector - 3 -.
-
Disconnect vent line - 5 - by pressing release button.
-
Remove nuts - 1 - and - 4 -.
-
Disengage diagnostic pump with bracket.
Installing
‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ EVAP Canister and Leak Detection System Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair.
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
‹› Vent line - 5 - must engage audibly.

Install rear left wheel housing liner.
