CAUTION!
 The pressure must not exceed 850 mbar or the vacuum diaphragm could be damaged.

Activate hand vacuum pump several times and watch the linkage -  A -.

‹› The linkage must move at approximately 300 mbar.

‹› The linkage must be at the end position at approximately 800 mbar. 

‹› The linkage list is approximately 13 mm.

‹› If pressure cannot be generated with the hand vacuum pump or the pressure decreases again immediately, check the hand vacuum pump and

connecting hoses for leaks. 

‹› Replace vacuum diaphragm if no malfunction is found. Refer to => [ Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm ] See: Service and Repair/Turbocharger
