Brake Pad: Service and Repair
Front

Front brake pads, replacing

remove wheels
mark re-usable brake pads when removing
reinstall in same position. otherwise braking effect will be uneven
unhook brake lining retaining spring by pressing spring in direction of arrow

push back piston in brake caliper housing by pressing brake caliper housing against brake disc as shown

press brake caliper housing in direction of arrow as far as possible
remove brake pad near piston

remove brake disc wheel hub locating bolt (arrow)
tilt brake disc outward and remove from brake caliper
