a. Apply gasket around heater core without gaps prior to installing into heater box.

b. After heater core installation, fill opening between heater core and housing with a suitable silicone rubber sealant.

c. Align flaps using alignment tool 2076 A or equivalent, prior to assembling heater box halves.

d. Install flap levers to flaps as shown
e. Replace self-adhesive gasket on heater box.

Lower heater core connection is for hose to water pump.
