1 Series E81 116i (N43) 3-door
Raise intake manifold slightly.
Release bolts (1).
Detach exhaust pipe (2) in direction of arrow.
Note:
Exhaust pipe (2) projects approx. 4 cm into intake manifold.
Note:
Raise intake air manifold slightly.
Pull off vacuum hose (1).
Disconnect plug connection (2) on pressure valve.
Pull off vacuum hose (3).
Installation:
Check gaskets (1) on manifold (2), replace if necessary.
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Replace O-ring (2).
