1 Series E81 118i (N46T) 3-door
Remove upper screw of chain guide (1).
Note:
Chain guides (1 and 2) are locked in place with 4 lugs.
Carefully press chain guide (2) apart and remove upper chain
guide (1).
Open plug (1).
Note:
If necessary, release lifting eye on cylinder head.
Tightening torque: 11 12 7AZ
.
Remove bearing pin of chain guide (see arrow).
