1 Series E81 118i (N46T) 3-door
Press clamping rail (2) towards rear and secure with special
tool 11 3 340 .
Release screws (3).
Make a clamp out of suitable material (welding wire).
A = approx. 40 mm
A = approx. 60 mm
Using clamp (4), pull sprocket wheel (5) off oil pump shaft until it
is no longer secured on toothing.
Release screws (1).
Important!
Balancing shaft oil pump unit (3) must be held in place by a
second person before screws (2) are released.
Release screws (2).
