1 Series E81 118i (N46T) 3-door
Release screws on oil-water heat exchanger (1).
Remove oil-water heat exchanger.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring (1).
Insert guide pins (2) into bores (3).
Assemble vehicle and set down in horizontal position.
Vent cooling system and check for leaks.
Start engine and run at idle until oil indicator lamp goes out.
Switch off engine. Wait approx. 5 minutes and check engine oil
level.
Top up engine oil if necessary.
