Replacing rocker switch for side window
operation (front) (up to 08/2007)
Special tools required:
•
00 9 341
Important!
Carry out the following work step carefully in order to avoid
damaging the armrest and rocker switch.
Carefully lever out rocker switch for side window operation (1)
with special tool 00 9 341 at specified points (2).
Feed rocker switch for side window operation (1) out of
armrest (3).
Disconnect associated plug connection and remove rocker switch
for side window operation (1).
Installing rocker switch for side window operation with retaining
pins in armrest without bores:
Cut retaining pins (1) with a suitable tool at dashed lines (2)
completely from rocker switch for side window operation (3).
Installation:
Retaining clips (1) of rocker switch for side window operation (2)
must not be damaged or missing.
Make sure rocker switch for side window operation (2) is
correctly seated and engaged in armrest.
