Replacing spray nozzle for rear window
washer unit
Open protective cap (1).
Pull out damaged wiper nozzle (3).
If wiper nozzle broken off:
Insert sheet metal screw (2) into broken-off nozzle tube (3)
approx. 3 turns.
Pull out nozzle tube (3) by sheet metal screw (2).
Note:
Sheet metal screw approx. 12 mm long
Screw diameter max. 1.85 mm
Align spray direction of new wiper nozzle (1) and press in with
wooden wedge up to stop.
Note:
To do so, observe following work step.
Adjust wiper nozzle contact area of spray jet (2).
Note:
The middle of the contact area (1) should be situated
approximately between the fourth heater wire from below and the
vertical connection heater wire from the right or determined via
measurement A = 338 mm and measurement B 140 mm.
Front contact point dimension C = 305 mm
