Replacing left engine support arm
(N45/N46/N46T)

- 

Secure engine in installation position

- 

Remove intake filter housing

- 

Remove underbody protection at front and rear

- 

Remove manifold support (N46 and N46T 120i, 520i)

- 

Detach bracket for oil cooler lines from engine support arm

(automatic)

- 

Release screw connection for engine wiring harness (N45)

Release grounding strap (1) from engine support arm.

Release screws (2).

Remove engine support arm.

Tightening torque  22 11 3AZ

RA  Replacing left engine support arm (N45/N46/N46T)
