Preparation of new part:
Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with body and cut.
Mark severance cut (3) in accordance with measurement and cut.
Measurement a = approx. 80 mm from severance cut (1).
Important!
Cut outer metal sheet only.
Open weld joints in areas (2).
Installation:
Metal section (4) is needed again for sealing side panel.
Weld in reinforcing panels at all severance cuts.
Preparation of new part:
Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with body and cut.
RA Replacing inside left side frame (B-pillar reinforcement)
