Replacing gaiter (shift lever cover) for shift

Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove shift lever knob.
Important!
As from 03/07 there are two versions. The shift lever cover
must therefore be removed from the centre console before the
shift lever knob is removed.
Described in Removing shift lever knob.
Installation:
Retaining lugs must not be damaged.
