1 Series E81 130i (N52K) 3-door
Measurement a = approx. 150 mm from roof edge.
Measurement b = approx. 100 mm below severance cut a.
Measurement c = approx. 130 mm before middle of hole dia. 20 mm.
Open weld joints in areas (1).
Installation:
Sheet panel (2) is needed again to seal cowl.
Important!
For following severance cut, do not damage sunroof water
drain hose.
Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with specified
measurement.
Measurement a = approx. 180 mm from roof edge.
Cut a 20x50 mm hole in area (2).
Using a wire loop, pull sunroof water drain hose (3) away from
metal panel.
Cut severance cut (1).
Open weld joint in area (1).
Important!
Do not damage sunroof water drain hose (2).
Open weld joint in area (1).
