Replacing crankshaft pulse generator (N47)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
If necessary, remove underbody protection
Read fault memory of DDE control unit
•
E83 only: Remove rear underbody protection
Release B+ lead retaining tube
Pull plug (1) off pulse generator.
Release screw (2).
Remove pulse generator.
Clear DDE fault memory.
