Open weld joint in area (1).
Open adhesive bonds in areas (2).
Take off door pillar.
Preparation of new part:
Mark new part in accordance with severance cuts above and cut.
Installation:
Weld in reinforcing panels at all severance cuts.
Apply window glass adhesive to cavity acoustic baffle (1).
Apply adhesive in areas (2).
Preparation of new part:
Outer A-pillar (2) and inner A-pillar reinforcement (1) are fitted
as a single unit.
Insert inner A-pillar reinforcement (1) in outer A-pillar (2) and
weld.
Installation:
Adjust new part to fit with straightening attachment or universal
mount.
Installation:
Adjust new parts to fit with straightening attachment or universal
mount.
MAG weld hinges in areas (2).
RA Replacing front left door pillar (front side panel removed)
