1 Series E87 118d (M47T2) 5-door
Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with measurement and cut.
Important!
Cut outer metal sheet only.
Measurement a = approx. 30 mm from lock striker reinforcement.
Cut wheel arch (2) along line (3) in radius.
Open weld joints in area (4).
Preparation of new part:
Mark new parts in accordance with severance cut on and cut (1).
Open weld joints in area (2).
Installation:
Position cut out metal section (3) on vehicle and weld.
RA Replacing rear left outer wheel arch section (rear left side panel removed)
