Removing and installing left or right front
door trim panel
Special tools required:
•
00 9 317
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove cover on door handle
•
Remove rocker switch (switch cluster) for side window
Important!
Risk of damage
Do not lever out trim (1) with tool at edge.
Shape butyl into a ball and stick centrally on trim (1).
Pull out butyl ball with trim (1) and release screw underneath.
Release screws (2).
Tightening torque 51 41 1AZ
.
Important!
Do not pull door trim panel by map pocket.
Note:
Start by unclipping door trim panel (2) at bottom.
Unclip clips (1) for door trim panel (2) with special tool
