Engine N46B20, upper power stage
In addition to the double VANOS, the N46 engine
also has Valvetronic: The exhaust camshaft and the
inlet camshaft are actuated by the DME control unit,
resulting in the best possible valve lift for each.
Advantage: High output with low fuel consumption
