1 Series E87 120d (N47) 5-door
Installation:
The gearwheel must be loose on the right-hand counterbalance
shaft otherwise it will not be possible to install the intermediate
gearwheel.
Install intermediate gearwheel.
Tighten nut (1).
Tightening torque: 11 27 2AZ

Tighten screw for counterbalance shaft with special tool
00 9 120 .
Tightening torque: 11 27 1AZ

Fit screw for counterbalance shaft and tighten with special tool
00 9 120 .
Tightening torque: 11 27 1AZ

Check axial play.
